We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During peak periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing time may extend slightly.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders typically take:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: ₹0 – Free shipping across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 (if applicable)
Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details
- A link to track the shipment in real time

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the package is undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be charged additionally.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered, do not accept it. Please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
