Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bawal Streetwear, we value your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or refund request.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact.
  • The item is not marked as “final sale” or non-returnable (e.g., caps, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect item)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return pickup or shipping process.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or any other non-defective reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when shipping returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes a quality check, which may take 2–3 working days after we receive the item.

Refund Credit Timeline:

  • Original Payment Method (UPI/card/wallet) – Within 5–7 business days after approval

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges / Replacements

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or wrong product received

Once the returned item passes our quality check:

Replacement Timeline:

  • The replacement item will be delivered within 5-7 working days
  • Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch

All replacements are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
