1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met:
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact.
- The item is not marked as “final sale” or non-returnable (e.g., caps, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Your Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect item)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return pickup or shipping process.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or any other non-defective reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when shipping returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes a quality check, which may take 2–3 working days after we receive the item.
Refund Credit Timeline:
- Original Payment Method (UPI/card/wallet) – Within 5–7 business days after approval
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges / Replacements
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues
- Defective or wrong product received
Once the returned item passes our quality check:

- The replacement item will be delivered within 5-7 working days
- Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch
All replacements are subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.
- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
